It was a long struggle, but Captain Otter is officially going to San Diego Comic Con! It took close to 3 hours of navigating the constantly crashing servers, but I have my tickets and will be heading to sunny California this July.
Normally, I would recommend that all you guys should get a ticket for yourselves and check out the nerdy-mecca that is Comic-Con. However, all of the main days for the event are already sold out. The 4-day passes went out within half an hour, and the individual tickets for Saturday and Sunday lasted for 3 or 4 hours. Considering it's one of the largest conventions in America, that's kinda scary. I've never been to the mega-event before, and am pretty excited to see it for the first time. Regardless of whether it's fun or not (although how can it not be?), it should be a once in a lifetime experience.
The only question remaining is whether or not I get a costume for it....
